Servaton is intended for legitimate customer communication and business operations. This draft sets practical boundaries without claiming a jurisdiction-specific legal standard.

Use Servaton lawfully
- Do not use the service for fraud, deception, impersonation, harassment, threats, or unlawful discrimination.
- Do not make illegal or non-consensual calls or messages.
- Do not bypass opt-out, consent, recording, or disclosure requirements.
- Do not use Servaton to provide emergency response or professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
Protect people and systems
- Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent security controls.
- Do not upload malware or use compromised credentials.
- Do not collect passwords, complete payment-card data, government identifiers, health information, or other high-risk data unless Servaton has explicitly approved and configured that use case.
- Do not connect third-party accounts without authority.
Keep business information accurate
Customers must keep hours, prices, services, availability, escalation contacts, and other approved information current. Automated behavior should remain limited to the configured scope.
Enforcement
Servaton may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, callers, providers, or the service. Final notice, suspension, appeal, and termination procedures require approval in the customer agreement.
