Information Servaton receives
- Account and team information used to provide access.
- Business profile, hours, services, catalogs, availability, and operating rules supplied during onboarding.
- Customer and conversation information needed to carry out configured receptionist workflows.
- Appointment, order, lead, escalation, message, integration, usage, and audit records created through product use.
- Demo-request information submitted through this website.
How information is used
Servaton uses information to provide and secure the service, carry out configured workflows, support users, meter usage, troubleshoot incidents, and respond to demo or contact requests. Demo-request information is not an automatic marketing subscription.
Access and account separation
Business records are tenant-scoped, and product routes enforce business membership and owner or staff roles. Provider credentials remain server-side and are not returned through customer-facing responses.
Retention, export, and deletion
The product supports configurable retention and customer export and deletion workflows. Exact retention schedules, legal holds, backup expiry, and jurisdiction-specific obligations require approved company policy and customer terms before destructive production retention is enabled.
Service providers
Voice, messaging, hosting, email, scheduling, automation, or other providers may process limited information when a connection is explicitly activated. The final subprocessor list and provider-specific disclosures require owner and legal approval before publication.
Security
The current product includes role-based access, account separation, audit records, server-side credential handling, secure production headers, and encryption for registered sensitive fields. No certification or regulated-industry compliance status is claimed by this policy.
Your choices
Authorized business users can manage configured data and team access in the product. Requests for access, export, correction, or deletion can be sent to Servaton; applicable scope and identity verification will be evaluated before action is taken.
