Terms of Service

These draft terms describe the current operating model at a high level. Each customer’s signed order form must supply pricing, scope, provider costs, term, cancellation, support, and any jurisdiction-specific provisions.

The service

Servaton provides configurable AI receptionist and business-operations software. Available workflows, integrations, usage allowances, retention, support, and provider activation depend on the purchased plan and written implementation scope.

Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, authorized business information and keep it current.
  • Configure lawful greetings, consent language, escalation rules, and permitted workflows.
  • Maintain authorized access to connected phone, messaging, calendar, scheduling, or automation accounts.
  • Do not submit restricted or unnecessary sensitive information.
  • Review outputs and keep human oversight available for exceptions.

Fees and usage

Monthly fees, one-time onboarding, included usage, taxes, provider fees, overage treatment, and custom work must be stated in the order form before activation. Public pricing does not create an unlimited-use promise.

Availability and changes

Servaton may update the service to improve security, reliability, or functionality. Specific service levels, maintenance commitments, and remedies are effective only when stated in an approved written agreement.

AI limitations

Automated responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Customers are responsible for approved information, guardrails, staff oversight, and deciding which requests require a person. Servaton should not be used as emergency, medical, legal, or financial advice.

Term and cancellation

The commitment period, renewal, cancellation timing, data transition, and effective dates are unresolved public-policy items and must be specified in the signed order form. No governing-law jurisdiction is stated in this draft.
